I have download Crystal 2008 SP1 runtime package 'cr2008sp1_redinst_rfrsh ' from to install on client machine. It contains two files 1. CRRuntime_12_1_mlb.exe 2.CRRuntime_12_1_mlb.msi when i execute exe on client machine, it asked for Product Key. I have product key for this product. Is there any way to modify this downloaded 'msi' package and embed product key into it so it doesn't ask for product key when we install in client environment?

I have encountered a problem, everytime I try to print a report from Crystal reports either by pressing the printer button or pressing file-> print crystal reports freezes and I have to force close it. I read in other forum threads that a reinstallation might help. However for a reinstallation I guess I need my serial key. Is there any way to export the serial key from Crystal reports?

From within crystal reports the serial key is scrambled.
