How to download and update firmware alcatel ot 991 firmware download Samsung firmware: being one of the leading producers of electronic gadgets including mobile phones, Samsung very often releases Stock Firmware ROM (Flash File) for its products. Trying to unbrick an Alcatel OT-991, phone does not turns on at all. SP Tools format works properly, but none of the stock ROM`s that I have found are working then. Most of them not even load with SP Tools, results various BROM errors.

By the way, I am using without the ' Copy ' tag in SP Flash. Just made a backup as tried to figure out on a separate scatter file what could be the problem. This indicates that the firmware is incompatible (kernel). You need to flash a compatible one.
